Uncurl Support

Email support@getuncurl.com for account, app or subscription help. For privacy requests, email privacy@getuncurl.com.

Restore purchases

Sign in to Uncurl and use the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. Open the subscription screen and tap Restore. If your subscription is still missing, contact support with the email used for your Uncurl account. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Uncurl and cancel. Deleting the app or your Uncurl account does not cancel the subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions.

Request a refund

Apple handles App Store refunds. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable consumer law. See Apple's refund instructions.

Delete your account

Open Settings in Uncurl, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This removes your account and associated account data. Referral records lose their account link. Cancel any Apple subscription separately. Contact us if you cannot access your account.

Coaching sessions

Adam Trojanowski is a Rehab & Mobility Coach (@bodyfixbyadam). BodyFixByAdam LLC, UAE provides and charges for sessions independently of Uncurl. Contact the coach through his booking service for scheduling, cancellations or session refunds. Uncurl may receive a referral fee; your posture photos and analysis are never shared.
